I understand completely. I had my two kids during the Trump administration. I believed (and still do) that things would get better. But if I didn't have my family, I probably wouldn't feel as optimistic. Having them definitely helps. I'm not sure if you are single, but having someone in your life to fight for changes you in a good way. Good luck and peace be with you, anon.
