Banning things has never and will never keep humans from getting access to them. Humans are the pinnacle species in the history of earth at the skill of acquiring things they really want.
The thing to do is to attack the DESIRE for it. To make people not WANT to look at it.
This sounds great, but I have no suggestion for how to do it. I just know I'll never view it again, and here's what did it for me: the loading of my computer with viruses and malware every time a porn site, even one with nothing dark or disturbing, was visited, even for seconds. I got my computer completely scrubbed for $200, and as long as I never even view pictures of ladies with no shirt on, it works perfectly. Add to that the revelation of the horrors of child abuse that so many females in the porn industry have suffered that led them to believe that's all they're worth, and I can get an Alex from Clockwork Orange visceral revulsion reaction to porn.
