It wrecks your ability to enjoy normal, healthy, non-abusive, mutual-pleasure-based sexual situations. You get used to needing it to be really nasty and that becomes the new baseline.

Meanwhile, I can still get rock hard over an amazing rack. Saw enough hardcore porn to realize it was totally a dead-end road.
