"No outside comms" means Q won't post drops anywhere else than 8kun.

HOWEVER, the individual "non military" members can say certain things and talk about certain topics on other "channels" that will give clues out to confirm in a way that shields them all.

This is one of those clues.

The next time, and every other time Q decides to lost it will be on 8kun. That's what the telegram post meant by "no outside comms."
