I don't think sessions could've prosecuted anybody at DOJ if he wanted to. He may well have refused himself to let the russia gang "let it all hang out"

Sessions was the only member of Congress who never took a dollar that wasn't his. That is the exact opposite of what it means to be part of the swamp.
