Do your own research. Go to the source video from nbc which is better quality and compare your findings to his saggy neck skin in previous fauci videos over the last several years.

Not convinced it’s a mask. Though that sure would explain a lot.

Now deepfaked? Maybe. The weird shadow thing and stronger than normal accent perplex me more than the mask idea.
