Off topic - but I need some guidance/prayer (short post)

Seems like my mom is going to get penalized for not having insureance (obama care mandates). It was my understanding Trump got rid of those, did Biden put them back in place? Any legal pedes, can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The 2017 Tax Act repealed the mandate of obamacare, but it wasn't effective until 2019. I don't know if the impostor in chief is able to revive it, as it was declared unconstitutional already by the "supreme court". You might want to contact a lawyer.
