I think you will have to watch the CNN special on QANon, find out where a meeting place is in your area, then go there and participate. CNN says they are all over the place, maybe a cell right next door to you, or at your local Parisian sidewalk coffee house, or that German brewhous on Main St. Wear dark glasses and a hoodie when attending meetings.
