Freedom Fries was a response by George Dubstep Bush to French resistance to the US looking for support in their 'coalition of the willing' as Dubya called it. The Iraqi invasion for WMDs didn't have UN support and several nations didn't support the idea so Dubs made a coalition.
"You're either with us or you're with the terrorists" was his mantra. Because those cheese eating Frenchies said no to Dubs there was talk about having French Fries changed to Freedom Fries.

Yeah. At the time it was considered laughable and Dubya was made to look petulant for the association. Attempting to rename one of the world's most popular foods was never going to end well.
Though you could try your luck renaming it in 2021 and you got a 50/50 shot.

They produced artistic videos of dummies being thrown out the window. You may’ve seen some of their videos repurposed and used on 9/11. You can see too in their pictures that the 91st floor was empty and abandoned, in the very place we were told companies existed for years.
The NY Times ran an article about these "artists" a few weeks before 9/11. The article asserted that by removing ONE window of the skyscraper, they were threatening the structural integrity of the ENTIRE building.
They were prepping their readers to expect the (secretly controlled) demolition of the towers as the inevitable result of the plane strikes.
