I've left my nose out this whole "pandemic." I have asthma and I can't breath with the mask covering my nose.
In the last week I've had two people ask me to pull up my mask to cover my nose. Each time I've said that I have a medical condition and can't breath with my mask over my nose. Each time I've been told that it doesn't matter and I can't be in the store with my nose hanging out.
No one used to care about my nose being free.
What is going on? Has the cabal run some sort of new TV scare about the dangers of free range noses?
They seem out of their minds with the idea that things can only be one way.
They are always shocked when I don't immediately comply but instead explain that I have a medical condition and that I can't comply with discriminatory policies that are not rooted in any sort of actual science.
They aren't prepared to have a conversation. They get uncomfortable. It's odd to me that those starting a confrontation aren't ready to actually get into a back and forth. They clearly just thought I'd be ashamed and cover my nose quietly.
My mom has an inhaler, she pulls it out anytime people start bothering her. They're so flummoxed they usually don't even get to me before we're out of range.
