That's cool, they can be citizens of Washington DC and the insular territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and so on.

They will never be state citizens and therefore of the Republic.

That bankrupt and defunct Corporation in DC can bring all the citizens they want. It won't help them. Those that do come are just setting themselves up.

In the Republic there is no federal citizenship, there is only state citizenship. I don't see them offering 11 million illegals that. They cannot. They have no power to do so.
