It's much closer to 30 million.
I mean, you have to count all the people who arrived by boat in the 20th century (Ireland, Poland, etc) without papers and their descendants. It’s closer to 50 million minimum.
The US could cut illegal immigration to almost nothing by ending public benefits for illegals and by ending the farce that is birthright citizenship.
