Military signal. Signifies military operations. This was on January 6th before his speech. There's another video I can't find of when Ashli babbitt got shot, 2 individuals passing another red folder right by her. Videos were scrubbed and I haven't found them since.

Yes, but there was also something red (that may have been a folder) passed between two people in the Ashli Babbit shooting video. Some thought there was some connection.
