I've done my Vit D research. I tend to run really low because I'm pretty indoorsy lol, so I take 10,000 a day. I know that seems high, but I feel soooo good when I take that amount that I feel comfortable with it. If I feel like I'm getting sick, I'll take extra due to a study I read that recommended doing that. During the summer, I drop the amount down because I do swim a lot so I get a lot more sun exposure.
I know you have to be careful with Vitamin A, so I've never taken that as a separate supplement only what I get in my prenatal vitamins. I'm glad the cleanse and cutting down the supplements worked for you. I'm 33, so I haven't noticed any age spots or anything, yet. There are just so many natural ways to heal common symptoms and ailments. It's amazing! I've learned so much in the last few years, but I feel like there is still so much more I can learn.
Yea that's a good move. I believe the limit is around 50,000iu. I think 10,000 is what I'm going to try next. I've done 6000iu, and definitely notice better mood. Going to try around your dosage to see if I get better rewards.
