The other night, for only the second time in my many trips to a grocery store without a mask, a store worker asked loudly from about 30 feet away "Sir, do you have a mask?" I replied equally as loudly "YES" and kept walking.
Went to visit grandkids yesterday. Just as I got out of my truck, the step-dad to my granddaughter and father of her half-siblings said "You got a mack brother?"
I lifted my arm to show that I had it in hand, and then without missing a beat I said "Yeah -- YOU??"

What an absolute moron. In BOTH instances. It'll take ALL of us standing up to break this hypnotic spell over normies . . . I do my part!
The success of the brainwashing is amazing. Now that there are states opening up and foregoing the dumb mask mandates, there are still people who are against at it. They are firmly invested in this mask myth. They're making fun of Texas for being free while they're speaking behind a filthy face diaper.
Reminds me of when California first locked down and their Rona numbers kept going up, and showed no difference compared with the free states. Californian logic: "It must mean we're not locking down hard enough! Not because lockdowns don't work. It's other people's fault!"
Agreed. We have been in SoCal since 1983, and have seen the ongoing deterioration occur, mostly in the past 10 years. San Francisco will be lost if sane leaders do not emerge - and soon - although that prospect seems highly unlikely. LA is right there with it, where a chronic homeless scene is left to run rampant in the streets while Hollywood reviled law enforcement (congruent with their private security protections and demands that cops remain on call in their tony enclaves). San Diego has significant homeless issues but is making headway. It has grown from a bumbling big city with small town government to a world-class city with recent solid leadership. It was just given over to a liberal mayor, so I'm sure the blood-letting has begun. Anyway, we've been working on our CalExit and are mostly relocated to a red area in WA. Horrible "hovernor" there too, but not as bad as Nuisance in CA and in our area I get by with minimal need to put on my disguise. It's very sad to see what we have allowed Globo-libs to do on our watch! Time to take it all back.
