I recommend that the military place a geostationary satellite directly over Washington DC with full BLUE-BOLT capability.

Any politician that gets out of line can be zotted into non-existence instantaneously. Poof - - a puff of smoke and some ash sifting to the floor - - then Kentucky needs to produce a replacement senator. :>)

That would solve a lot of problems.
