As of right now I'm neutral with everything I read and as far as what you said about GeorgeNews seems legit. I do agree with the merchandise part because people would need some kind of financial support to keep them afloat and running.

Why would GeorgeNews post pictures that would come from dvidshub.net or wherever then tell us to use TinEye to look them up to make sure it's the original and not posted elsewhere?
That is like inviting us to find out GeorgeNews has been a fraud this whole time so I don't even think this is GN's intention.
As for the overlay/"watermark", I'm referring to the videos GN posted and they had their own info on the lower left part. I wanted to find out if anyone have contacted the dvidshub.net admin or at least someone in the legal department to see if this is allowed because as far as I know, putting your watermark/overlay on someone else's videos is grounds for a lawsuit for copyright infringement. If they haven't been taken down or GN received a Cease and Desist letter, then it could mean GN is legit?
Like I said before, all of this is confusing and half, if not most, jumped the gun on this. Aren't we all supposed to maintain a calm mind and research then when we've come to a definitive conclusion, we determine right there? A couple of posts and one, maybe more if I haven't seen yet, person's perspective doesn't make it definitive, at least for me.
All in all, I'm just glad Evspra brought this into light for all of us to look at because yes, everything need to be vetted through and through. Esvpra, if you are lurking here, thank you for bringing this to our attention and I know your intention is for us to look beyond the facade and to be careful of anyone who claims to be a Trump insider. Yeah I'm in the same boat as you on the jumping the gun part. I've been around people who tend to do that a lot and we end up in bad situations due to their poor decision-making skills and they are supposed to be the ones we look up to and I'm talking about IRL, not online. So that's why I prefer to have a healthy discussion until we all agree on something, rather than act like children and downvote/mocking those who have different opinions. I just hope this won't happen again but if it does, then I guess I'll have to leave for greener pastures because this is not who we are.
