Trusting in Q and Trust in the Plan is just like having Faith in God. You can't ever prove, scientifically, that God exists, and God won't just hand over his Plans to prove to you that he means business.
Now Q is of course not God, but the Spirit of God is in them. And that's why in the end, We Will Win!
