The problem with the DUMBs, or any DUMB exercise in particular is that there is no way to corroborate the umm, deep dives into them. That and the information is not from sources that can be vetted. Don't get me wrong, underground military bases absolutely exist, but how big they are, how deep they are, or how many there are or whether or not they are connected through the earth by high speed maglev is completely unknowable, at least from what I have seen.
These unknowables automatically put the information into the "maybe" or "no" piles. I keep it all in the maybe pile because its plausible. The earthquakes at specific depths do give it some credibility, but other than that, all DUMB stuff goes into the maybe pile, to be substantiated or debunked after Declassification.
