Distance from nose to the upper lip... which NEVER changes... is different. The upper two photos, the distance from nose to upper lip is roughly 1/2 the length as in the bottom two images.
Also, look at the distance from bottom lip to base of chin. In the upper two images, the distance is greater than in the bottom two. In addition, in the upper two, the base of the chin is more squared and symmetrical. In the bottom two, the base of chin is more rounded and non-symmetrical.
Lengthening of the upper lip is one of the primary hallmarks of aging. Aside from that, the facial expressions are completely different, making measurement comparisons impossible.

He's smiling on the top pictures though which distorts things.
His nose seems to have shrunk. He looked a little more cartoony in the Obama era.
The bottom photos show a dimple in one side of his chin that is not in the top set of images. I guess he had that fixed in his surgery. ?
Eyes to mouth also unchangeable. Use pupil as set marker.
