That's a Stretch-Arm-Strong stretch if there ever was one... Literally, ALL the numbers are suspect of being GREATER than the actual death count, NOT lower as there's been no credible evidence that anyone is trying to LOWER numbers anywhere yet there's case after case after case of numbers PROVEN to be inflated.
