Yeah it seems to be Bill Gates, but more worrying anybody with eyes can see through his body language that something ain't right! Before he starts waving his mad lad hands around, the swipe of the glasses and side of the nose touch does not fill me with confidence! Trust your eyes and gut, he's not being truthful about something and has a hard time trying to hide it imo.
