Not gonna lie kinda nervous about this. I am either gonna have to risk forging one and getting fired if I get caught or have to try hold out as long as I can. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Ask them if they will compensate you if you have an adverse effect. If it comes to cause cancer in the future will they take responsibility? Will they pay for fertility help if it affects your ability to have children. What if you die, will they pay your family? How can they tell you to take something that could potentially kill you. I’m so ready to get a lawyer with this crap.
So much this. Just start talking about potential legal liabilities and they'll back down, especially if you get a group of coworkers to join you. And be sure to save all communications so you can sue them for wrongful termination just in case
