Very nice. I wasn’t thinking in military time. It did seem that he was forcing a tweet at this time, but I didn’t know why. I looked at 139 before posting, but it didn’t make sense. 1339 makes a lot more sense.

Because the tweet was at 1:39 PM Eastern. All the times are Eastern when working from the times. Why Eastern? Well, that’s where Washington D.C. is.
