Why do you think Trump set up Project Warp Speed? He didn’t trust advice from Gates. He didn’t trust the FDA, the CDC, and the NIH. It was his way to put the military in control of the vaccine development and distribution. Here’s an interesting article showing the military control of Warp Speed.
