Shipping the elderly patients back to the nursing home wasn't his idea. The orders came from somewhere and he was told he would be protected. Cuomo is not stupid, he has the goods on those above and will most likely try to save his ass.
Which is why the whole thing confuses me, they managed to sweep the nursing home thing under the rug repeatedly for the past year already so why suddenly are they throwing their golden child under the bus and why is he suddenly not playing ball?
