Good for you, keep going! Careful with Vit D, its fat souble and can accumulate in the liver, along with Vit A. Get plenty of Vit C too, chlorella also helps lung healing. Herbs are excellent for cleansing lungs: coltsfoot, comfrey, oregano and lungwort.
Thank-you for the advice! I have to get my blood checked a few times a year because of my Armour thyroid meds. Will have the doc also check my D levels. In the past, the numbers have been low.
That's a myth. The body excretes excess vitamins through the urine.
C is water soluble, and the B's and C (water soluble) only work if the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K2) are also present. And those only work if you also have saturated fat either in your diet or from your body's fat stores.
Nobody should be taking any of them from supplements. There is no scientific proof that man-made vitamin supplements work at all. Get them from natural foods that are rich in them -- meat, organs, eggs, and dairy.
