I'm old enough to remember (pretty old) when Drs Salk and Sabin developed 2 different kinds of polio vaccines- 1 that was oral and another given via a needle. Getting ready to start first grade I sweated bullets about getting the shot and hoping for the sugar cube dose. I got the shot. No polio so far, as far as I know.
i got the shot as a child in toledo ohio, circa 1959. Then a few years later living in CA they gave us the sugar cubes. So I got both.

The covid scam got me questioning vaccines. I'd be looking a lot closer into them, if my kids weren't already fully vaccinated. The huge increase in numbers of shots given to kids and the corresponding dramatic rise in allergies and autism is very troubling, at best. I feel lucky to just have one kid with a peanut allergy. There will be no covid shots in our family, even my 89 year old Mother.

I did not read the article but this could be good news when looked at in context. It could mean that natural cases have declined so much that they have fallen below the expected number of accidental cases caused by the vaccine.
When the polio vaccine was distributed, they changed the definition of polio and (surprise) cases dropped drastically.
Polio is spread through fecal matter, so countries with modern sanitation don’t really have cause for concern.
