Countries can tell Google to blur it. I won't say the company Google is involved in human trafficking because the majority of their employees probably would be against it.

I am aware of getting houses blurred in street view and countries getting sensitive (probably military) areas blurred, but why would boats and offshore areas get blurred to that extent? The resolution is not crisp enough to really see what is going on on the boats or who's boats they would be. Just seemed suspicious.
