This x 100. This is a straight challenge from Russia.

Biden won't meet with anybody unless its in a ultra-controlled situation.

Putin is calling out Biden's weakness. Biden would never, ever do this considering the fact he probably isn't cognizant of his surroundings most days.

Biden called Putin a killer, which are fighting words. Putin has successfully shown the world how weak the current Administration is without firing a shot, or saying anything negative. What a fucking Chad.

Honestly though, I wouldn't put Biden up in diplomatic battle in his prime. Putin, for all his flaws, is a god damned beast.
