Agreed. I don't have the evidence off the top of my head, but from what I have seen, Fauci is a fundamental instrument in the Illuminati plan for world domination. They don't get more "cabal" than Fauci.

Edit: Here's a pic from 2001 that has him with the super elite. Another picture from that same event was in Q post 544.
