I would say your second point/question. Their tender little feelings were hurt cause Kim won't play nice and talk to them, so now they have to make threats. The problem with Xiden's admin making threats is they don't have the balls that Trump has. When Trump says he's gonna do something he will do it. And when Trump issued a warning he did it himself, it didn't come from someone in his admin.
