Nope. Just something to live with. You get used to it until things get real quiet, then it's all you "hear"...like wearing a headset with no sound coming thru, it's a constant high pitched whine. Irreparable damage from booms, engines, and all that other crap in between has made me clinically deaf in certain tonal ranges and the tinnitus is a direct result of that.
