My point is that , as we all know, there will be a thousand and one ways of faking a paper system, these failings will be used against us to support their case for Digital Certificates, made mandatory, from birth.

Digital certificates are not that hard to fake. Harder than a piece of paper yes but that doesnt mean you are shit out of luck
