If there are a pools of vaccinated people who can act as vectors, then it would be possible for someone like Gates to inject a really virulent virus which would normally not spread for because it makes people too ill. This virus might spread through the vaxxed to the unvaxxed. This could happen even if it's not true that the vaccine mutates to greater virulence in vaxxed people.
