I am going from memory here. Payseur trusts were setup from the prince that escaped [France I think it was] during the revolution, the RailRoads here in states is a big Payseur complex.

Someone did a big dig on that several years ago. InTheMatrix I think it was, had a 2 hour youtube going over it. Its problably gone of that shitty site now.
