The biggest problem is what people put in their bodies, but also what people put ON their bodies. Most of the large commodity and cosmetics brands just rehash and share the same ingredients between their products and change the names or tweak the ingredient hierarchy, or use modified versions of said ingredients to evade scrutiny. Interestingly, despite all the EU NWO / WEF bullshit, what would fly in the US in many cases is outright banned in the EU and related territories.
People need to get back to basics and stop overthinking this shit. Drink more purified water; eat more fruits and vegetables -- organic if you can afford it (which is another issue), avoid as much processed or packaged foods if possible, and take some sort of probiotic or digestive health formula since most of our inflammatory immune responses and sicknesses originate from within the gut and everyone has a festering stew of toxic sludge hanging out in our intestines. Think of the process where food and other things are broken down and sent into the body for assimilation. It all goes into the gut and is then pushed out into our bloodstream.
If you have chronic fatigue or inflammation issues, you might want to consider that it could be coming from a dirty gut; the sludge is literally leaking poison into your bloodstream. I noticed my itchy skin as well as fatigue issues almost completely vanished once I started eating more probiotic foods, drinking more clean water and becoming more regular. Of course, I'm not a doctor so this is all anecdotal evidence. I'm just saying, we need to apply common sense to our health.
Oh, and stay off sugar. It's hard to avoid... and if you eat a lot of bread products, you're getting a ton of sugar / corn syrup / HFCS. Making bread at home is a great way to reduce cost and you can even make it a fun experiment by trying different flour / grain combinations and even adding things such as nuts or fruits.
Just my .02 as a Fren who wants everyone to be as healthy as possible without relying on commercial products or Big Pharma "cures" (which in many cases are just masking the underlying problem).
And for my fellow females, ditch the makeup and start taking care of your skin instead. You’ll turn more heads with a naturally glowing complexion anyway.
Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food. Quit eating crap and you won’t feel so crappy. There are tons of resources to watch/read. Lots of documentaries out there, each of which has sort of its own agenda so you have be discerning even while you watch. I particular like a book called Wheat Belly. There are lots of others. I’d be interested in books others recommend.

Easiest/cheapest ways to start living healthier:
Stop drinking soda/energy drinks... drink water.
Stop buying/eating candy and junk food.
