"Disaster fatigue" - Good term! Ii was wondering about that, watching the videos of the "eyewitnesses" in Boulder. People wandering around, looking at their phones. Either they're all just really bad actors or people are just becoming immune to these things.

How long before people just start shrugging these things off? Another mass shooting? Another riot? Oh, well. "Part and parcel of living in a big city".

I noticed the same thing. It's hard to wrap my head around not running away when there's a gunman and you have nothing but a phone.
