What is the origin of the klar user that posted the ssh-keygen output? Haven't seen it before.

the software running in terminal.

Linux/ unix is replete with German language software. Alternatively, the user used a German language version.

Klar means ready in this context. (Klar => clear; translliteration)

No that doesn't make sense. The ssh output indicates the user is running an english version.

"klar (11:39) ~>" is the users custom $PROMPT_COMMAND. In this case it is likely of the form, "username time current_directory>".

So who is user klar and why is their keygen output significant? Feels like someone just playing around.
