I would be interested in answers to all these questions, too. But my feeling is that a big bang presentation of election fraud proofs is more important for Trump visibly coming back. Not for legal reasons, because legally Trump still is president, but for giving a reason to the public.

Makes sense. Rudy Giuliani sometimes seemed to do more harm than good, but one day in late November he said something to the effect, we have to prepare people to accept the reality that President Trump actually won.
