Melbourne had a 5 day lockdown in Feb. Brisbane now has 3 day lockdown. I am convinced that these are for Alliance operations and nothing to do with virus. Patriots are in control. I think this is to protect the people as some dangerous stuff happens.

Coincidentally, right after the 5 day lockdown, a lot of metro-tunnel related works ended. Have you guys had any tunnel / digging / underground works in the last few months? I believe those are related to cleaning up the D.U.M.B.s.
