She was so profoundly correct in her ability to read how collectivism leads to horrific acts of evil in a society.
I’ve read this book several times (read the book; don’t rely on the movie series). Be prepared for a novel that is more than 1,000 pages long and every word means something (no fluff that you can skip over).
I’ve read the Bible cover to cover too. Lots of prophetic things in it that are also playing out now.

Just interesting...
That line about "honesty being a self-sacrifice" is something I never would have understood until the last few years. But really looking back, even talking honesty about 9/11 was a self-sacrifice as you'd be labeled. But it's getting worse. Soon it will not even be your reputation, but risking prison to be honest. That's where it goes.
Just try speaking God's Word for a situation and you will see honesty being shat all over.
Honesty has been self saCrifice for many years. The love for truth has been lost, God's Word is truth. Every God rejector has rejected truth and yet they all will seek truth still stepping g over the only source of it because of the same brainwashing the deep state has perpetuated upon them. Yes, yku are an atheist because the deep state narrative has brainwashed you to be.
In The Fountainhead, she also said "Whenever there is talk of sacrifice, there is someone collecting sacrifices." I just finished a re-read of it and honestly, I could make pages of quotes about what she said then that could have been written about conditions right now.
Wonderful book! Highly recommend it!!
I like that dark lipstick women used to wear back then.
