If one of those containers is carrying a WMD, how would you go about finding it?

Set up a multi-national military roadblock and cause world-wide panic of a possible incoming nuclear detonation?

Or draw a dick and jam a ship in the canal while keeping it there until you find your target?

The Silent War? Makes sense to me.

The seaworthiness inspection could also turn up hull damage and the ship is taking on water, making it necessary to offload the cargo. It's not completely over yet, but if anything did happen it was covert. The "WMDQ", Evergreen etc shenanigans are too "coincidental" for this whole thing to have been nothing.
