Whatever, ladies. "Placing" anyone "in positions of leadership" is wrong. What is right is allowing leaders to emerge, female or not. It was likely upvoted because it is correct, it's a statement of support for merit based emergence, rather than forced favoritism. This is something of a crux right here.
