Stop watching TV or the approved streaming services, including youtube. Not only does it track you I believe it delivers an underlying frequency to agitate the awake bunch and to hypnotize the sheep. If you have to watch "their" programing (propaganda) do it through smaller outlets like rumble or bitchute. The frequency might be buried in the video, but tit is more likely that it is delivered through the actual content provider or device. I stopped watching 99% of TV three years ago. The only time I get irritated is when I'm at someone's place where it is on. The volume does not even have to be up.

a) No audio. A person making a fake has to figure out convincing audio separate.
b) Serious processing power (Or an extended length of time)
c) little to no camera movement
d) low detail background (not a requirement, but the algorithm can mistake strong background lines as part of the facial features)
So, could Biden as president be completely fake, yes. BUT it would still be a major hollywood level of production, requiring actors, sound people, etc.
