Peat's main fault is his bashing on DHA/omega 3's. If you get your DHA from seafood the PUFA molecules are stabilized when packaged with iodine. That's why nature used DHA to build bigger better human brains. Don't skimp on seafood especially if you live a blue light toxic lifestyle.
Look out for mercury though....
We try to eat different types of seafood at least three times a week, but fish oil supplements are toxic garbage. And YES, I personally use blue blockers every night, else I cannot turn off my brain.
