For sure. They want the unrest. They want open insurrection and civil war. Then they can really go wild with their draconian measures. They can call in the UN Peacekeepers, all with Chinese names and Chinese faces. This is what they need to complete the destruction of the last shining light. A thousand years of darkness follows.

I hope that humanity can survive what they have planned, but I have my doubts. They are so evil they will most probably drive us into extinction.
