If you can show how many “likes”, why afraid of how many dislikes? Are we children again who are going to cry if EVERYONE doesn’t like our stuff? The Resident doesn’t want people to see how many dislike him? YouTube never tried to just have thumbs down for President Trump, why Xiden? If you are not going to “COUNT” dislike why bother even having a dislike button or a like button. Be like soccer. NO SCORES, NO VOTES?

They will still count downvotes and the numbers will still be visible to the content creator, just not made public.
