I am pretty sure I saw it here just yesterday. It was an interview with Butijege asking him about taxes on people under $400k and his response was "no increase in taxes for the infrastructure plan on people making under $400k"
They have simply moved the tax to corporations who in turn will increase prices to the consumer. Its a little difficult to believe that corporations are going to foot that bill, no?
Trump wanted an infrastructure plan so bad and they would not give it to him as they did not want him to have the credit of building America back. The problem with this time and bill is that these people have never built anything! Not anyting ever! Goodies will be flying through all local hands.

People need to understand oil companies pay no corporate tax create 10 billion in quarterly revenue profirs and taxpayers cleanup at the cost of doing that dirty business for them.
