CD's/DVD's(who doesn't have a stack of blank ones that never got used from way back in the day, old USB sticks and memory cards too small/old to be of much current use, all of them are great for offline backups...
Although if you leave a card/stick plugged into your computer when you go online it is about as secure as your computer is(although I speak from the viewpoint of a desktop as it really is the only way to compute...)
